How BritBreeze Games collects, uses and protects your information. The short version: we collect very little, and almost everything stays on your device.
Last updated: January 2026
BritBreeze Games is designed to collect as little personal information as possible. There's no account, no login and no personal details required to play. Your chip balance and game statistics are stored locally in your browser — they never reach our servers. The only time we receive any information from you is if you choose to contact us through our form.
We use your browser's local storage to remember your virtual chip balance, game statistics, age confirmation and cookie preference. This data lives on your device and is never transmitted to us or any third party.
If you use our contact form, you may provide your name, email address and message. We use this solely to respond to your enquiry and don't use it for marketing or share it with third parties.
We don't use analytics, advertising trackers or third-party cookies. Basic server logs may record anonymised technical data (such as the time of a visit) for security and operational purposes, but we don't use this to identify individuals.
We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We do not use your data for advertising.
Information stored on your device stays there until you clear your browser data. Information you send us through the contact form is kept only for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry and handle any follow-up, after which it's deleted.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under data protection law (such as the UK GDPR) to:
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us. We'll respond within the timeframes required by law.
The service is strictly for adults aged 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe we've collected information from a minor, please contact us and we'll delete it promptly.
We use a small amount of browser storage (local storage) to remember your chips, stats and preferences — not traditional tracking cookies. See our Cookie Policy for full details.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. We'll only contact you about significant changes if we have a way to do so (for example, if you've given us your email).
