Our shared spirit

BritBreeze Games is built on a simple idea: that games are best when they bring people together. We want the parlour to feel like a cosy seaside arcade on a quiet afternoon — relaxed, sociable and kind. These guidelines help us all keep it that way.

Do

• Be friendly and respectful. Treat every player with kindness, whatever their skill level. A warm welcome goes a long way.
• Keep it light. Banter is welcome; nastiness is not. If you wouldn't say it to a stranger in a pub, don't say it here.
• Celebrate good play. Share your wins, congratulate others on theirs and keep the atmosphere upbeat.
• Play for fun. Remember that the chips are virtual and the point is enjoyment. If you're not enjoying yourself, take a break.
• Look out for each other. If something doesn't seem right — in the games or in the community — let us know via the contact page.

Don't

• No harassment or hate. We don't tolerate personal attacks, bullying, discrimination or hateful language of any kind.
• No spam or scams. Don't flood the community with repeated messages, promotions or links to external sites.
• No cheating or exploitation. Don't try to manipulate the games, the leaderboard or your chip balance through bugs or scripts.
• No real-money talk. BritBreeze uses virtual chips only. Please don't offer, request or discuss real-money wagering anywhere on the platform.
• No impersonation. Don't pretend to be another player, a member of our team or anyone you're not.

What happens if rules are broken

We're a small team and we handle issues case by case. If we become aware of behaviour that breaks these guidelines, we may remove the offending content, restrict access to community features or, in serious cases, block access to the platform entirely. We'll always try to be fair and proportionate.

How to report something

If you spot anything that doesn't sit right, please tell us through the contact form. Choose "A community concern" as the topic and include as much detail as you can. We read every message and we'll do our best to sort things out promptly.

These guidelines can change

As the community grows, we may update these rules to keep the parlour in good shape. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the date at the bottom will reflect the most recent review. Continued use of the platform after a change means you're happy to play by the updated rules.
